I have a severe vitamin D deficiency, and my doctor recommended to have 2000 IU once a day, so having gummies with this dosage is really cost efficient and comfortable, cause one gummy is the daily dosage. These Vitamin D gummies are small in size but contain a higher dosage of the vitamin than other brands, so you only need to take one a day. However, the peach flavor is a bit artificial tasting to me. Therefore, I will finish up this jar but go back to other brands next.
