For years been reluctant to take shilajit, because of its taste. This product is brilliant. It’s made of the best natural ingredients and contains shilajit. As for the taste, .strangely enough, the first one was tasty and the second was disgusting. I decided to deep it in a bit of natural date syrup and it worked. I still prefer this product to other that are loaded with low grade ingredients.
