Best Multivitamin on the market

After years of taking those thick, chalky multivitamins that left a bad taste in my mouth, I was recommend Thorne, namely due to the methylated folate and B vitamins, which are better absorbed. The serving size is 8 capsules, which is extreme in my opinion, unless you have the funds to rebuy this product monthly. Even then, the dosage may be a bit high. As others recommended, I take 2 capsules a day, or 4 if I’m feeling unwell. If done like this, the value far exceeds that of the basic nutrients option, which is a 15 days supply, or 30 day supply if dose is cut to half. With advanced nutrients, I can fill any gaps I may have in my diet and have them last 3-4 months! Thorne’s Elite has too much filler herbs, like curcumin and green tea, which is not worth the price increase and show evidence of liver damage if unlucky. This blend contains small amounts of high quality antioxidants as well as trans-resveratrol, which is an excellent supplement on its own. These do have a strong earthy smell that might turn some people off, but I prefer it to the mass-produced chalk multis found at Costco or Walmart. I will continue buying this multivitamin.
