I’ve been vitamin D deficient for years now.. After I became a vegan, replacements were hard to find and many weren’t produced by well known manufacturers. My dad took similar capsules by another brand that were not vegan and his levels went up exceptionally well, so I’m hoping for the same since I’ve had success with Solgar’s other products. I’ll update my review after I’ve taken these a while and done some bloodwork.

I was excited to see that Solgar has a wide range of products and varying levels of potency/dosage. It was important to find vegan options and Solgar's reputation put it ahead of some other brands for me. I like the fact that as with most Solgar products I have had, the packaging is glass and metal instead of plastic as with most other vitamins available.
