This is a hidden gem of a prenatal. With methylated B vitamins and folate it combines exactly what moms and moms to be need. It was the only prenatal I could find without selenium that still included other minerals. Selenium can be harmful in high doses and this selenium free option was so helpful. The pills and kind of large for those that might be sensitive.
