Have been on this for a couple of years to help with mood swings from Lyme disease, I tried other brands but this is the only one that doesn’t make me nauseas. Also helps with Mast cell disorder so I can eat more foods without reacting to them.

It seems to work for better sleep , but I always have the issue that new 5 HTP products only help for a while , then I have to stop for a few days ., but that I have with every kind and brand . I take it 1/2 before sleeping

Good quality and value. Very helpful to keep mood elevated and ability to concentrate as well as stress relief. Overall balances emotions eg alleviate anxiety, depression, lethargy, worry etc gives me energy, confidence and focus.

I find this supplement really helpful with getting to sleep, and for mood generally. I do think you should only take it for a month or so before taking a break. for me, at least, it seems to lose its effect with long term use.

One of the best thing you can take in the morning an night. Pure form without any strong taste. It's the best so far. It will last for long time. Recommend it.

works well but I have to get from time to time a pause inbetween, it makes me depressed if I take it all the time, and it works less after a time .
