This is just a personal opinion and preference, but I found out I do NOT like chia pudding. Even chocolate flavoured one. I'm sure this is a good brand, but I can't with the texture of this. It was like I was eating vomit. I am sorry, but I wanted to share just in case you are like me and you've never tried chia pudding before, be prepared, it has an unpleasant texture. It IS really good for you if you can stomach it.
