Very good form of magnesium. It really works. I used it after my gym session, walking, hiking... It helps a lot to muscular recover after training (activities) and improved the quality of sleep. This is a chelated form of magnesium, has a gentle action, it doesn't irritate the gastrointestinal tract, it hasn't a laxative effect. I've tried many types of magnesium. Glycinate, malate, citrate, taurate. Many different brands too. I always find myself coming back to Kal Magnesium Taurate+. I find it gives me the most notable results. I highly recommend! <3
Not good as a sleep supplement!
Magnesium Taurate is an excellent supplement for sleeping. Previously I was using another brand's product as a perfect pre-sleep supplement. But this one has B6 and it messes up my sleep. I was unaware of it when buying the product because it is written in small letters. And not a small amount. 1,471% of the daily value.
