The tiny size means they go down easy and have little risk of chocking.

Quality brand Jarrow carries this high dosage D3, which is easy as only 1 per day is needed. For best results on bone health, combine with MK7 (also by Jarrow). Depending on age and seriousness 90 or 180 mcg per day of MK7. No taste. Almost everybody is deficient in vitamin D3, especially in winter, when it's impossible to get enough sun exposure for the skin to make it's own D3.

I have found the Jarrow Vitamin D3 supplement to be small and easily swallowed, and through research was able to determine that it has good absorption, making it a high quality supplement. . iHerb's price was better than Amazon's, and iHerb had stock of it when Amazon was unable to determine when it could be shipped - same brand, same dose, although different dosing sizes are available on the site. Highly recommend using this brand for your Vitamin D3 needs!
