You do need to add water and fresh or frozen broccoli to this (it has directions) so don't think it's an entire soup mix! Tasty on its own, but also delicious when you add to it. We always riff on soup mixes with extra veggies and sometimes a handful of cheese to give that homemade gooey-ness. Makes this cheddar broccoli soup a whole lot faster than completely from scratch!
