The quality and quantity of this product is great for me. I use this to make daily protein shakes, especially after my workouts. The flavor is very nice and creamy. I like to mix it with almond milk and almonds. The ingredients are all natural which is one reason why I buy it. There is no weird after taste or anything either. I feel this protein powder is very clean.

This is the best protein with the best price I have found. It has a pleasant taste that isn't overpowering like I feared it would be. It complements anything I add to it (I use the unflavored) like strawberries, peanut butter banana, chocolate, etc. I also find that it is filling, while whey protein feels like I didn't eat anything at all. It makes me feel healthy as well and I crave it if I don't eat it for a few days. I like that the company tried to give a good amino acid profile with the protein blend. My biggest fear would be this protein not being on iherb anymore. I truly want to thank the creators of this product! Thank you!

The quality,size,effect and ingredient helps my immune boost my energy,digestive system , AND metabolism. I usually swallow the capsule and so i don't quite know the taste of it, but the potency of it is very good. As it arrives at my doorstep, the packaging was very good.

My son, who is vegan, likes this protein supplement a lot. It has 3 high quality protein sources and is an excellent value. We prefer unflavored, which doesn’t include junk ingredients. It seems to be often out of stock, so we stock up when it’s available and on sale.

This protein powder tastes really good added into a different unpleasant tasting chocolate shake that has multiple ingredients. This powder for me is the yummy nutty part of it that makes them tolerable. Tastes fine on its own, it’s rich and the taste isn’t disgusting like the ones with stevia or chemical flavoring. Seeds are so healthy and wholesome and the taste is mild but in a good way. Definitely keep this one around. Recommended and especially if you like seeds, it’s a treat.

We used this a while ago but it was good, our adult son uses protein powers for shakes before he works out for extra calories and strength. He seemed to like this product well. We did have a hard time finding it again, hopefully we can purchase more. I would recommend this product.

The quality of this protein powder is amazing. It doesn’t compromise the taste of anything I add it to which I love. So basically you can add this to a shake, pancakes, oatmeal or anything you want to add a boost of protein to and it doesn’t make it taste bad. Definitely will be purchasing as my go to protein powder from now on.
