I took 3 doses yesterday and this morning felt a bit headache. Talked with chatgpt, and will skip today and then reduce to taking 1 dose a day for a week. If everything goes alright, I will take 2 doses for another week. Need to make sure the body can tolerate that without side effects. If you are prone to headache, suggest taking 1 dose per day first.
