i am a big fan of seed/nut butter. i bought it when it was on sale and was happy with the flavor. it tastes like sunflower seeds because of their high ratio in the blend. definitely worth its price when on sale.

Nice thick spread, tastes mostly like sunflower seeds. Healthy ingredients. I would have preferred if it would have been sweeter, like a nut butter spread, but the flavor in neutral and can lend to both sweet and savory
