I am really sorry that this did not work for us. My little sister has been taking these for the past three weeks and she has not stopped being poorly or with a runny nose. I dont know if the strain in it is causing this but its not helping surely, My opinion is not professional. I have seen for how many people it has alctually worked so it might be just us. We really wanted for this to somehow lessen her symptoms during the fall season, it hasnt.
