Having taken high dose niacin a few years ago and experiencing extreme flushing and discomfort, niacinamide is by far the better choice for me. There is no flushing, hot, prickly sense that comes from it. Not for me. It also helped with my acne, rosacea, and perhaps with my arthritis. Not sure if it helped with menstrual pain. I take Niacinamide for sun spots and it really works with regular use. The skin becomes even in color and smoother. Best value for money, because otherwise such preparations are much more expensive. I recommend using together with a cream containing niacinamides for better results. I did not have a niacin flush effect from this product. Also, it works well on the nerves, has a slightly calming effect.
I used this supplement combined with cod live oil form the same brand and noticed improvement in my skin especially acne, I also dropped weight but I don’t know if it’s related to this supplement, its does not taste and it’s easy to swallow. The packaging is good. Price is so affordable and cheap given the quantity of it.
